- Balance the copyright law with a teacher’s right to fair use of multimedia
- Use good judgment in deciding what is a fair use, and what requires copyright clearance, when downloading resources from the Internet
- Understand the issues of entitlement, equity, cost, usability, and universal access, and then question whether the Information Superhighway is creating a technological underclass in our society
