Google Forms
Google Forms enables you to create Web forms that store their data in Google Sheets. This is so easy to do that anyone who collects data from users will want to learn how to use Google Forms. You can view the collected data in a spreadsheet, embed the results on a web page, and view the data graphically to help visualize what it shows. Themes enable you to customize the look and feel of your form. Item types include text, paragraph, multiple choice, choose from a list, scale, or grid.
