How to recover deleted items

To recover deleted items from within Outlook:

  1. Click the Deleted Items folder.
  2. From the Tool menu, click Recover Deleted Items.
  3. Select the messages you want to recover. (The messages are recovered to the Deleted Items folder.)

To recover deleted items from the web interface:

  1. Click Options in the top-right corner of the window.
  2. Click Deleted Items.
  3. Select the messages you want to recover. (The messages are recovered to the Deleted Items folder.)
