How to back up personal folders and archived data (Outlook XP and 2007 only)
  1. Find the location of the Personal Folders and Archived Data.
  2. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  3. From the Tools menu, click Options.
  4. On the Mail Setup tab, click the Data Files button.
  5. Note the location of the data files.
  6. Close Microsoft Outlook.
  7. Go to the data files location using Windows Explorer. Copy the files to a CD, server, or USB key.
