How to back up personal folders
and archived data
(Outlook XP and 2007 only)
- Find the location of the Personal Folders and Archived Data.
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- From the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Mail Setup tab, click the Data Files button.
- Note the location of the data files.
- Close Microsoft Outlook.
- Go to the data files location using Windows Explorer. Copy the files to a CD, server, or USB key.
