- Open Entourage.
- From the Entourage menu, click Account Settings.
- Click New.
- At the bottom of the dialog box, click Configure Account Manually.
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of Account type and click Exchange.
- Click OK.
- Confirm that the Account Settings button is highlighted at the top of the Edit Account dialog box.
- Type a descriptive name, your name, and your e-mail address in the appropriate fields.
- Under the Authentication section, type your account information as follows:
- Account ID: UDelNetID
- Domain: admin.udel.edu
- Password: IT recommends that you do not save your password—leave this field blank.
- Under the Server Information section, type the following:
webmail.admin.udel.edu
- Click in the box labeled This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL).
- Click the Advanced button at the top of the Edit Account dialog box.
- In the Public folders server field, type the following:
webmail.admin.udel.edu
- Click in the box labeled This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL).
- Click OK.
- Close the Accounts dialog box.
- When you are prompted to log in, type your password.
Entourage will begin synchronizing your account. Depending on the size of your mailbox, this process may take some time.
