The instructions below relate only to providing user access to a UDrupal site's files and themes folders on the UDrupal development server. If you would like more information regarding access, please contact consult@udel.edu.

Access for University of Delaware employees

To give access to UD employees, send an e-mail message to access@udel.edu. The e-mail message must contain the following information:

• employee's name,
• employee's UDelNet ID, and
• the UDrupal site name.

Access for non-University of Delaware employees

To give access to non-UD employees, complete both of the following 2 steps:

1. Download and fill out the Access for Drupal Development Server Form. FAX or mail the completed form to the following address:

2. Send an e-mail message to access@udel.edu. The e-mail message must contain the following information:
   
   
   • developer's full name,
   • company name,
   • suggested username for the developer,
   • developer's IP address, and
   • the UDrupal site name.
     
     IMPORTANT NOTE
     Please note that UD Information Technologies MUST receive the completed and signed Access Form before developer access can be granted.
