Attention ELI grads: Continue your UD education back home

Did you know that it is now possible for ELI students to continue their University of Delaware education without leaving their country?

Credit courses, certificate programs, undergraduate degrees and graduate degrees are now all available to international students living abroad via the Internet, CD-ROM and videotape through the University of Delaware’s “UD Online” program, which has won numerous awards of excellence for innovation in distance learning since 1988.

By registering through a member of the UD Online International College Network, international students are eligible to pay a tuition rate similar to in-state tuition for undergraduate credit courses. This 45% savings on tuition, plus thousands of dollars saved in American living expenses, could make earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware very affordable.

If students do not want to miss out on the U.S. college experience, they are still eligible to spend part of their studies attending class on Newark’s campus.

Some ELI grads may remember Melanie Rehberg, former ELI admissions counselor. She is now a program manager for UD Online. Interested students may visit UD Online’s website, discuss more details regarding the University of Delaware’s distance learning programs, or just drop her a line to say hello:
