IT Support Center

IT Support Center implements service survey

As part of our commitment to providing excellent service to the University community, the IT Support Center (ITSC) implemented a customer satisfaction survey last fall. The short survey is sent when the ITSC closes an individual’s first ticket each month. To date, we have received almost 600 responses, the majority of which have been overwhelmingly positive. If you receive a survey, we'd appreciate your taking the time to complete it. Your responses will help the ITSC in our continuing efforts to improve our processes and your interactions with us.
