The PrintLess Program

The PrintLess program, started in spring 2002, has completed its goals to:

1. educate the campus community about excessive waste of paper in campus computing sites and how—on a personal level—to reduce this waste,
2. develop a site-managed process to promote a further decrease of paper waste, and
3. determine a printing fee plan using UD ID cards, "print release stations," and FLEX accounts to recover printing costs.

The Printing Fee Plan

The printing fee plan applies to all members of the campus community (faculty, staff, and students) who have a valid UD ID card and print in a computing site.
