Led by the University of Delaware, the Bridging Advanced Developments for Exceptional Rehabilitation (BADER) Consortium established evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation for wounded warriors so that each patient reaches his or her optimal level of function. The BADER Consortium brought together researchers, health professionals and physicians from across the U.S.
