Despite our extensive research, there were still many unanswerable questions.
We are unable to find any existing drawing of the house itself, and the house predates photographic practices by a number of years.
We are uncertain of the exact year the house was built, and also when it was purchased by the Latimer family. The earliest deeds we were able to find only date back to 1830.
We know that the house was destroyed between 1901 and 1927, but we were unable to determine the exact date. We are also unsure of who bought the house from the Latimers, and who made the changes to the architecture/plot.
Although we believe the house belonged to Henry, there is the question of it being listed under Anne’s name in the 1810 census, prior to Henry’s death.
