Fees

The conference registration fee is $595 per person on or before May 1, 2002. After this date, the fee is $695 per person. The conference registration fee includes conference materials, a mid-morning coffee break, one ticket for the Sunday conference banquet, and one ticket for the Wednesday evening Aquarium dessert reception. Additional tickets for the banquet and reception may be purchased. Each guest ticket is $90 and includes both events. Participants assume responsibility for living accommodations and all other meals.

The preconference workshops offered on Sunday, June 16 are $50 for one workshop, or $80 for two workshops. Preconference workshops are available to registered conference participants only.

Refund Policy

Fees may be refunded (less a processing charge of $100 for full conference registration and $30 for preconference workshops) provided the refund request is made in writing and post-marked before June 1, 2002. No refunds will be given after this date. Refunds will be mailed after the conference.
