For
this project you will be working in groups of 4-5 students. You
and your group members will remain partners for the entire semester.
In your shops
here at Delcastle and as an employee, you will be required to work
with others. Therefore, the ability to work efficiently in groups
is an essential skill set. The project is a five part task and we
will be working through each section as the semester proceeds. Here
is the catch….YOU ARE THE TEACHER! You and
your group members will be deciding how to address the questions
and you will decide what you WANT to learn. Mr.
Madigan and I will be there for support and to help guide you through
this process. As a member of the group you will explore web pages
and handouts from people all over the world who know about underwater
volcanoes. Because these are real documents, not things made just
for schools, the reading level might challenge you. Feel free to
use the online Webster Dictionary.
