Coming soon: Flexible Spending Account enrollment

Open enrollment for 2021 Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) will run Nov. 2 through Nov. 16. Eligible employees will be able to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses. Prior participants must re-enroll. Plan ahead by considering your eligible expenses.

TIAA will be offering UD faculty and staff two live webinars during November:

  • The Starting Line: Beginning to save for retirement - Nov. 4, 3-4 p.m.
  • Looking to turn your retirement savings into a “paycheck” for life - Nov. 5, noon-1 p.m.

Tuition Exchange Program applications open

Faculty and staff applications for the Tuition Exchange Program’s (TEP) 2021-22 academic year scholarships are open. Those interested in applying should do so through the Educational Benefits web form by Oct. 28, 2020. Learn more.

Electronic W-2 forms

Beginning Oct. 21, employees will be able to elect to receive their 2020 W-2 forms electronically. Employers must comply with specific IRS regulations to use electronic W-2's and employees must provide their consent to receive an electronic W-2 instead of a paper copy. Learn more.

Pay stub view changes

In support of the new 2020 Form W-4, the federal and state tax sections of the pay stub view have been modified to display the employee's current W-4 elections. View your pay stub.

Payroll open office hours

The Payroll Department is hosting open office hours on Zoom to answer employees’ questions. Join at any time during the Zoom session and members of the Payroll team will be available to talk with you. Learn more.

Homecoming 2020: Virtual offerings filled with UD spirit

Take Action UD: Showing Up for Students

Join Employee Health and Wellbeing on Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. for Take Action UD, Session Three: Showing Up for Students, a conversation about how to be a partner for success, be mindful of student needs and support inclusive environments. Learn more and register.

Employee Health and Wellbeing is hosting a workplace wellbeing series, Working Well, with sessions held each Wednesday from 2-2:30 p.m. until Dec. 9.
