A delimited file will look similar to this:

Cholesterol | 2 | 1 | 2 | 2 | 1 | |
Cholesterol | 3 | 2 | 1 | 2 | 1 | Not enough information on how to reduce my cholesterol | Offer additional handout materials to help retain what was taught
Cholesterol | 1 | 2 | 1 | 1 | 1 | Excellent | Can you tell everyone next time how the cholesterol test actually works?
This data is in a format called pipe-delimited. Pipes are the vertical lines in between each of the variables. To import this inTO MS EXCEL, follow these easy steps.
