"Highlight the graph you want to export. Press ALT+F11, then CTRL+G which opens Visual Basic. In the "Immediate" window at the bottom, type Activechart.export "C:\yourgraphfilename.png" and press Enter. (Be sure to include the " "marks.) Other file formats such as .jpg, .bmp can be used. You can also choose to save it to a different location. It's saved once you press the Enter key.
Graphs can also be copied from Excel,
pasted into Paint, and saved in an image
format. This may create a chart
with extra white space around the edges
that may need additional cropping before
being used.
