Conference Fees
Advance registration
is recommended. Registrations will be honored in the order of the
date received. Written confirmation of registration will be sent.
Registration fee includes instruction, materials (including conference
booklet), meals, and refreshments. The following fees will apply:

Registration
Print out and complete a conference registration
form and send with full payment--using check, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, or purchase order--to “University
of Delaware” at the address on the form.

Print out and complete a conference
registration form and fax with full payment--using credit
