UD closed Thursday and Friday

4:15 p.m., Sept. 18, 2003--In keeping with Delaware Gov. Ruth Ann Minner's declaration of a state of emergency, all locations of the University of Delaware will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Sept. 18 and 19. University offices will be closed and no classes will be held, but essential services will be provided for resident students.
