concepts covered by this unit.
Online Activities
The following movies on the Multilit CD
provide assistance in areas where some students have needed extra help;
to watch one or more of these movies, open the file index.htm on the Multilit
CD, go to chapter 39, and follow these instructions:
- To learn how to use the Pack and Go Wizard to publish an application
onto diskettes, watch the movie entitled "Publishing on Diskettes with the
Pack and Go Wizard."
- If you pack a presentation to disk, you will also need to be able to
unpack it, that is, to install it from the disk. To learn how to install a
presentation that has been published to disk via the pack and go wizard,
watch the movie entitled "Installing a Packed Presentation from
Diskettes."
Assignment
There is no specific assignment required in this unit, which has been
provided for students who may someday encounter a need to publish
applications on disk. If you have such a need and you want more practice,
complete the exercises at the end of chapter 39. These exercises are
optional, and you do not need to hand them in unless your instructor has
told you specifically to do so.
