Grabbing Video and Stills with
Adobe Premiere

1. Turn on and insert your videotape into the VCR.
2. Under the Apple menu -->, open Adobe Premiere.
   

3. To Grab Moving Images :
   • Under the File menu --> open Capture.
     Drag --> over to Movie Capture.
     This Window will allow you to control Video capture.
   • Press the Record button.
     During recording, the cursor will be hidden.
   • Click the mouse to end your video capture.
     

4. To Grab Still Images
   
   • Under the File menu -->, open Capture.
     Drag --> over to Stop Motion.
   • Click on Start to begin -->, then click on STEP for each image

5. Adobe Premiere will save all video clips in QuickTime format.
