Tiger Lily Music to feature works by women, African American, Latino composers
8:43 a.m., Nov. 5, 2015--The University of Delaware Department of Music has announced Tiger Lily Music, which will feature faculty members in performances celebrating works by women, African American and Latino composers.
Tiger Lily Music will feature music by Daniel B. Roumain, Edna Alejandra Longoria, Charles Ingram, Rebecca Clarke and Maximo Diego Pujol, with the performance scheduled at 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 9, in the Gore Recital Hall of the Roselle Center for the Arts.

The program is coordinated by Eileen Grycky, flute, with Christopher Nichols, clarinet; Lisa Vaupel, violin; Esme Allen-Creighton, viola; Lawrence Stomberg, cello; Harvey Price, percussion; Christine Delbeau, piano; Bruce Tychinski, trombone; Heidi Lucas, horn; Noel Archambeault, soprano; and Julie Nishimura, piano.
Tickets are $15 for adults; $10 for UD faculty and staff members and alumni, as well as for senior adults; and $5 for students Tickets will be available at the door, with purchase by cash or check only.
