2:36 p.m., March 15, 2016--The Multicultural Greek Congress at the University of Delaware will present a talk by Rasheed Ali Cromwell, a member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity and author of The Miseducation of the Black Greek, at 7 p.m., Monday, March 21, in the Multipurpose Rooms of the Trabant University Center.

Cromwell will speak on the topic “All We Do is Step, Stroll and Party?! What is a Black and Multicultural Greek Organization?”

University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.

June 6-9: Food and culture series

The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

He will present an informative, interactive and fun lecture focusing on the evolution and historical significance of these organizations as well as the relevancy and professional benefits of being a member of them.
