
Feb. 25: Spring Career Fair
University's Spring Career Fair to be held at Bob Carpenter Center
12:25 p.m., Feb. 22, 2016--The University of Delaware Career Services Center will host its annual Spring Career Fair from 2-6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25, at the Bob Carpenter Center.
The Spring Career Fair is open to UD students and alumni of all majors and degree levels. It is designed to help identify UD talent for full-time, part-time, internship and volunteer opportunities with appropriate employers.

New to the fair
- All attendees to the fair are encouraged to download the new UD Career Events app. The app can be used to research employers, access the floor plan, find tips for fair preparation, and more. The app can be found by searching “UD Careers” or “University of Delaware” in the app store, and is replacing the traditional paper booklets. Additionally, students who download the new UD Career Events app will have the chance to win prizes by participating in a photo scavenger hunt.
- A LinkedIn Photo Shoot sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Club and Horn Program in Entrepreneurship will be available on the East Concourse from 2-6 p.m. at a cost of $5 per student.
Employer booths are sold out for this year’s Spring Career Fair. The fair will be at maximum capacity, with over 225 employers in attendance. Featured employers include but are not limited to: Agilent Technologies, Bank of America, Capital One, City Year, Deloitte, DuPont, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Macy's Inc., Mountaire Farms of Delaware, News America Marketing, Power Home Remodeling Group, Prudential Financial, Vanguard, and the U.S. Air Force.
The official hashtag for the Spring Career Fair is #UDSpringFair. By using this hashtag throughout the fair, students can further engage with employers and peers attending the event. Appropriate posts with the hashtag #UDSpringFair will be featured across the Career Service’s social platforms at @UDCareers.
