Serafin String Quartet to perform at Roselle Center for the Arts
8:15 a.m., Feb. 3, 2016--The Serafin String Quartet, the quartet-in-residence at the University of Delaware, will perform a concert at 8 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 16, in the Gore Recital Hall of the Roselle Center for the Arts on the Newark campus.
The concert will feature Veil of Leaves and Between the Accidental by noted young composer Julia Adolphe, along with Shostakovich String Quartet No. 3 and Borodin String Quartet #2 in D Major.

June 6-9: Food and culture series
The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.
Tickets cost $15 for adults, $10 for senior adults and UD faculty, staff and alumni, and $5 for students, payable by cash or check at the door.
