Oct. 9: Homecoming 'make and take'
Students can celebrate UD Homecoming season as king, queen for a day
8:43 a.m., Sept. 27, 2013--Students are encouraged to stop by the University of Delaware’s Trabant University Center food court to celebrate Homecoming with the Student Alumni Ambassadors on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Not only will there be fun UD Homecoming swag for students who are sporting Delaware Blue and Gold, but there will also be a “Be Your Own Homecoming King or Queen” event.
Events Stories
June 5: Blue Hen 5K
June 6-9: Food and culture series
The free activity is hosted by the Office of Alumni Relations and the Student Alumni Ambassadors.
Students will have the opportunity to make their own UD-inspired crowns while relaxing and socializing with friends. Everything needed to create the "make and take" crowns will be supplied, including the all-important gems and glitter.
This event is another of many in the “make and take” series, which provides a fun, stress-free activity allowing students to show their UD spirit and create art for their homes, or in this case their heads.
