University's 2013 fall semester Dean's List available online

2:13 p.m., Feb. 11, 2014--A list of students who made the University of Delaware’s Dean’s List for the 2013 fall semester is now posted online. 

Named to the Dean’s List are full-time students with grade point averages of 3.33 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the semester, with no temporary grades as of Jan. 1.

National Medal of Science

President Barack Obama recently presented the National Medal of Science to University of Delaware alumnus Rakesh Jain.

Warren Award

Rosalind Johnson, assistant dean for student success in the NUCLEUS Program in UD's College of Arts and Sciences, was presented the John Warren Excellence in Leadership and Service Award during a May 26 ceremony.

UD’s Office of Communications and Marketing will be using readMedia’s Merit service to notify newspapers in each student’s hometown of this achievement. Students who have not done so already are encouraged to verify their Merit accounts in order to have the accomplishment posted to their profiles.

The names of students who have placed FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) restrictions on their student records, including the release of information and grades, are excluded.
