The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

The 87ers, an affiliate of the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers, will compete in the National Basketball Association Development League.

Fans throughout the state will be able to participate in the day through social media contests, which will be announced in further detail at the Sevens’ website, the team’s Twitter account and on the team's official Facebook fan page.

“I look forward to interacting with future Sevens fans and season ticket holders during 87ers Day,” said Delaware 87ers President Aaron Moszer. “The series of events will be a great way for residents and businesses in Delaware to grow familiar with our brand, get their hands on team merchandise and have some fun as we tip off what we hope will become an annual tradition throughout the state.”
