UD Ice Arena announces Super Bowl pregame party
12:59 p.m., Jan. 28, 2013--The University of Delaware Ice Arena will hold a Super Bowl pregame party from 8-10 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 2.
Anyone who wears the apparel of their favorite football team will receive $1 off skate rentals and anyone who wears a Joe Flacco jersey will receive free skate rentals.

University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.
June 6-9: Food and culture series
The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.
Flacco was a star quarterback for the Fightin’ Blue Hens who now leads the Baltimore Ravens into the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers.
There also will be lemonade and three six-foot long sub sandwiches while they last.
Normal prices are $8 admission, $5 for children 6 and younger, and free for UD students with valid UD ID. Skater rentals are $3 per pair.
