SCPAB to present Battle of the Bands
10:43 p.m., April 4, 2013--The Student Centers Programming Advisory Board (SCPAB) will present a Battle of the Bands on Wednesday, April 24. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 8 p.m. in the Multipurpose Rooms of the Trabant University Center.

June 5: Blue Hen 5K
University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.
June 6-9: Food and culture series
The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.
SCPAB is currently taking band submissions for Battle of the Bands. All interested music groups should email Tizzy Rafferty at eraff@udel.edu with music samples by Wednesday, April 10. At least one member of the band must be a UD student. All genres are welcome. Each selected band’s name will be printed on a T-shirt to be given out at the show.
