Rapper Wiz Khalifa to perform at Bob Carpenter Center on Sunday, Oct. 2
11:19 a.m., Sept. 8, 2011--Chart-topping rapper Wiz Khalifa will perform at the University of Delaware’s Bob Carpenter Center on Sunday, Oct. 2.
The show begins at 8 p.m., and doors open at 7 p.m.

Tickets will be available to UD students beginning Tuesday, Sept. 13, at 10 a.m. Student tickets are $20 with a UD ID for one week only. Four tickets can be purchased with one UD ID at the Trabant University Center box office or the Bob Carpenter Center box office, with a limit of one UD ID per person.
Student discount pricing ends when tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, Sept. 19, for $35. General public tickets will be available on Ticketmaster as well as both of the UD box offices.
Wiz Khalifa is best known for his standout hit “Black And Yellow,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart soon after its release. He is also known for his singles “Say Yeah,” “On My Level” and “Roll Up.”
The concert is sponsored by the Student Centers Programming Advisory Board (SCPAB), a registered student organization at the University of Delaware and is SCPAB’s major event for the fall semester.
