    1. Update from Olivia
      • Olivia confirmed that there are to be 2 web coordinators from each building to insure coverage
      • Web coordinators can be different from the ITLTs if that's desired

    2. Updates on ITLTs for 2003-2004 Joyce will coordinate getting laptops back from the ITLTs. New and returning ITLTs will get new laptops. The current laptops will be replaced on the carts.

    3. Update on Tech Fair -- Christine
      • Christine reported that the fair was extremely successful this year. Since she'll be leaving for New Zealand, she's left all of her notes for Craig and Joyce to organize the fair next year.
      • It was suggested that the fair be held at FEMS next year since this year they had more teacher participation than any other school and the huge effort they put in to move the studio equipment.
      • There were also suggestions about changing the event to
        • an evening of a school day,
        • start at noon and include trips from the elementary schools to view exhibits,
        • include an after school time for parents who pick up kids and an evening time for others.

    4. "Adopt-a-Teacher" update -- Craig and Joyce
    5. Conference updates
      • MAR*TEC - Joyce recently attended the MAR*TEC conference on software selection with an emphasis on compliance with section 508 and state lawas regarding accessibility. Of special interest was the BOBBY tool to check web pages. (http://bobby.watchfire.com)
