1. Tech Fair update
• All is on track.
• Set up will take place on Friday afternoon after school is out and continue until it's done. Tech staff will pick up equipment from the HS and MS, except for the TV lab.
• Fair will be from 10-2, with tech staff arriving early and staying late
  
  
2. "Adopt-a-Teacher" update -- Craig and Joyce
   • Craig and Joyce are going strong but need recommendations for the next round of teachers.
   • ITLTs should recommend likely candidates and that question will be added to all of the monthly reports.
     
     
3. Planning for end of year reports
   • As last year, we'll be putting together a PowerPoint presentation that shows off the good things that happened in the schools this year because of the ITLT program.
   • A new slide will be added to point out goals for next year.
     
     
4. PLE report card template -- MT
• This was shown but not discussed since no PLE folks attended.
  
  
5. Plans for next meeting
   • Next meeting will be held on 5/28 in the AGIS Audion. Presentations of the 2002-03 ITLT successes will be made.
   • New ITLTs will be invited to participate.
