FYI

Changes happen

Employees are permitted to change coverage elections outside of annual open enrollment if they experience a change in family status, as defined by federal law. Examples are birth, adoption or marriage, or changes in employment. Employees have 30 days from the date of the event to make changes. Contact the Human Resources Benefits office with questions and review the Family Status Change form for more information. Learn more.

Blue Hen Friday

Show your Delaware spirit by wearing blue and gold every Friday! Follow UD Athletics’ social media channels and BlueHens.com/Fridays to see where pop-up events will take place and enjoy games and giveaways. Blue Hen Fridays are designed to increase spirit throughout campus, and colleges and departments are invited to host their own Blue Hen Fridays events to spread spirit and promote upcoming events, programs and more.

Save the date

A representative from the Social Security Administration will be on campus Sept. 24 to provide information about social security regulations and answer questions about retirement. Sessions will be held at 10 a.m. in the Center for Composite Materials (CCM), Room 106 and 2:30 p.m. in Townsend Hall, Room 233. Registration is not required.
