Talent Development will host a Winter Session book club for UD employees, featuring Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High, by Kerry Patterson, et. al. Sessions will be held via Zoom on Wednesdays from Jan. 8 through 29 at 1 p.m. The book gives readers the tools to: prepare for high-stakes situations; transform anger and hurt feelings into powerful dialogue; make it safe to talk about almost anything; and to be persuasive, not abrasive.

The first 30 people who register will receive a complimentary copy of the book.
