UD Central Exchange: Passwords

Your password for the UD Central Exchange service is the same as your UDelNet ID password. To change your UDelNet ID password, visit the My UD Settings and follow the on-screen instructions. Password changes will take up to 15 minutes to propagate through UD systems.

NOTE

Passwords are limited by the following criteria:

  1. Cannot be a word found in the dictionary. Best practice is to make a password or passphrase not based on a single word or name.
  2. Must consist of a minimum of 12 characters, with at least of one character from three of the the following four categories:
  • UPPERCASE LETTERS
  • lowercase letters
  • numbers
  • symbols (e.g., #@*&^!)
