UD Central Exchange: Recent Global Addresses Not Showing

If you do not see the most recent global address list, follow these steps to verify that Use Exchange cached mode is not active.

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. From the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
  3. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click Change (uncheck box if needed and complete Wizard).
