UD Central Exchange: A Public Folder Appears Blank

If a public folder that you are trying to view is blank, you may not have access to that folder. If so, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the IT Support Center to verify you have access to the public folder.
  2. Request access to the public folder. The person who maintains the public folder should make this request via the IT Support Center. Please specify the required access (e.g., read versus edit and delete privileges).
  3. When access has been granted, restart Microsoft Outlook.
