2014 Global Agenda Speaker Series: Global Demands, Regional Responses

The world's regions display important differences but they share many common demands: from battling poverty and inequality to confronting global terrorism, navigating the tensions of the Arab Spring, adapting to China's new role in the global balance of superpowers, building democracy in the midst of economic difficulties, and listening to what public opinion demands. In this series we will learn how regions respond to these challenges as they try to adapt to the emerging global community.

Global Agenda 2014 explores how different regions respond to the shared global pressures of the 21st century.
