Each of our locations features an assortment of gathering spaces with state-of-the-art conveniences, dedicated event managers, audio-visual technicians, and business services. Ample free parking is also available at all locations.
Event Planning
With years of event planning experience, our staff is adept at providing solutions for groups of every size and any budget. From your first contact until the last guest leaves, we help you develop a successful event.
Registration Services
For advance online registration or on-site registration, several different packages are available:
$15.00 per person
Includes all of the above, in addition to the following:
- Design of registration form with Web site capabilities and secure server for credit card payments
- Registration mailing (does not include postage)
- Housing Management
- Reports to include: Rooming List, Session Reports, Speaker Reports, Participant Roster by Registration Category, Financial Summary, Enrollment Statistics
- White nametag with logo in plastic pin or bulldog clip holder
$20.00 per person
Includes:
- Design of registration form with Web site capabilities and secure server for credit card payments
- Registration mailing (does not include postage)
- Registration processing and data entry
- Registration fee processing and financial reconciliation
- Individual Sessions/Workshop tracking
- Confirmation/Invoice Mailing
- Housing Management

$25.00 per person

The per person registration fee is non-refundable.
If the program cancels, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee is calculated on a sliding scale, based on the total registration revenue.
