We are delighted that you have shown interest in our graduate program. With more than 200,000 square feet of research laboratory, office and classroom space, the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Delaware houses state of the art research facilities and instrumentation. The Department has a long standing history of graduating top researchers, the first Ph.D. being awarded in 1948. The 600+ graduates from our program can be found in industry, academia and government laboratories, nationwide and throughout the world.
