Would you like to be a part of YoUDee’s mascot team, the #1 collegiate mascot in the country? Help represent the University of Delaware’s acclaimed athletic and academic programs, both at home and on the road!

Since YoUDee’s introduction in 1993, its lovable appearance, exuberance, and school spirit have endeared fans, children, and community members alike. YoUDee’s involvement in UD and public appearances makes it one of the most high-profile mascots in the region.

The UD mascot team, headed by fun-loving YoUDee, has had an exciting career. YoUDee’s recent accomplishments include winning the 2002 Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) National Mascot Championship held in Orlando, Fla., in January; fourth place in 2001; fifth place in 2000; and second place in 1999, as well as “Most Collegiate” and “Second Place 2001 College Spirit” awards from the 2001 UCA College Camp held at East Tennessee State University.

Besides attending UD athletic events, YoUDee’s wide range of appearances vary from attending weddings and birthday parties to kicking off parades and walk-a-thons.
