Monthly Nutrition Seminars

One of the most powerful choices we can make to enhance our health is to feed ourselves well.  Cut through the confusing messages about what makes a healthy diet- attend these upcoming workshops and see how good it feels to eat healthy! All sessions are led by registered dietitians.  Handouts will be provided. Workshops are free, but registration is required.
