Vita Nova, UD's student run restaurant, is opening on Sept. 8-9
3:50 p.m., Sept. 1, 2015--Vita Nova, the University of Delaware’s student-operated fine dining restaurant located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, will reopen for lunch on Tuesday, Sept. 8, and for dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 9.
The Vita Nova dining experience is a popular Delaware tradition for faculty, staff, students and families.

The Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management students who operate Vita Nova offer a fresh and homemade lunch buffet from 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and elegant four-course dining from 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
For those guests looking for more casual fare, the Darden Bistro, also located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, offers a three-course theatre-style menu for guests going to a performance on campus, in addition to a small plate menu and beverage selections. The Darden Bistro is open from 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
On request from students, Vita Nova and the Darden Bistro are now accepting Flex.
