Master Players Concert Series announces iMusic IX featuring 6ixwire is sold out

8:16 a.m., March 10, 2016--The University of Delaware Master Players Concert Series has announced that the March 12 “iMusic IX: 6ixwire and the World” concert is sold out.

This is the fifth consecutive sold-out concert for the Master Players’ 2015-16 season.

June 5: Blue Hen 5K

University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.

June 6-9: Food and culture series

The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

The season finale will be held at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, April 16, and will feature the Master Players’ first opera production, Mozart’s Magic Flute. The multimedia production is produced by Xiang Gao, Trustees Distinguished Professor of Music at UD, and directed by the legendary Martin Katz.

Tickets for this finale event are $25 for adults; $20 for senior adults, staff, faculty and alumni; $10 for students; and $5 for children.
