Library sets 'Special Collections Revealed: Using Rare Books and Manuscripts' workshop
8:11 a.m., Feb. 9, 2016--The University of Delaware Library will present the workshop “Special Collections Revealed: Using Rare Books and Manuscripts” on April 13.
This workshop will present Special Collections holdings that are available for research, instruction or personal study.

Participants will have a chance to see and examine rare books and manuscript items that represent the collection's overall strengths in the history of science and technology, graphic arts, horticulture, literature, history, Delawareana and other areas.
The workshop will also include tips on searching for and accessing print and digital materials.
“Using Rare Books and Manuscripts in Special Collections” will be offered from 2-3:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, in Library Instruction Room 116A on the first floor of the Morris Library.
Presenter will be Curtis Small, assistant librarian and coordinator, Public Services, Special Collections Department.
The workshop is available at no charge and is open to University of Delaware faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available at this website.
