Professional and Continuing Studies to host education open house for UD employees Nov. 17
8:53 a.m., Nov. 5, 2014--The University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies invites all benefits-eligible UD employees to learn more about education opportunities available to them at UD by attending an open house on Monday, Nov. 17.
The open house will take place 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Rodney Room of the Perkins Student Center. Informational presentations will cover:

June 6: UDid It! Picnic
All UD faculty and staff members are invited to attend the annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic, set from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday, June 6, on The Green.

- What Professional and Continuing Studies can do for UD employees (noon);
- Enrolling in UD credit courses, introduction to the ACCESS Center (12:05 p.m.);
- How to use the Course Fee Waiver educational benefit for professional development (12:30 p.m.); and
- HR-sponsored employee education and development programs (12:45 p.m.)
Staff from UD Human Resources as well as UD Professional and Continuing Studies will be on hand to answer questions and discuss available resources and opportunities. Light refreshments will be served.
