Free Gore Sessions a cappella concert to feature campus singing groups
9:58 a.m., Feb. 3, 2015--A free Gore Sessions a cappella concert featuring the University of Delaware’s talented campus singing groups will be held from 3-5 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 22, in the rotunda of Gore Hall.
There will be free food and the groups will be selling their CDs.

Featured will be the ChaiNamics, performing Ain't It Fun, The Chain and Many the Miles; Golden Blues, performing Royals, Let Her Go and Bottom of the River; Vocal Point, performing Take Me to Church, Break Free and Stay With Me; Vision, performing Be Thou My Vision, Never Gonna Let You Down and The Rose; Deltones, performing Chandelier, So Far Away and Bust Your Windows/Hit 'Em Up Style; and MelUDees, performing Animal, Devil's Backbone and Saw Her Standing There.
The Gore Sessions concert is the result of the successful “A Ca-Tuesday” YouTube campaign by UD Social Media, which features the music of the University’s many a cappella groups.
Organizers said that given the positive reaction, it was decided to bring all of the groups together for the free Gore Sessions concert.
