UD's Yates to discuss 'What's the Worst Thing You Can Do to Shakespeare?'
8:20 a.m., April 16, 2014--Julian Yates will be featured in the University of Delaware Department of English Faculty Reading and Lecture Series presentation at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 23, in 318 Gore Hall.
Yates, associate professor of English, will discuss the book What’s the Worst Thing You Can Do to Shakespeare? of which he is co-author with Richard Burt.

June 5: Blue Hen 5K
University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.
June 6-9: Food and culture series
The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.
Yeates will discuss the book and how it came to be written.
Copies of the book will be for sale before and after the talk, and a reception will follow the talk in the Dome on the third floor of Memorial Hall.
