UD ice hockey club team to face Oakland for ACHA national championship
9:43 a.m., March 7, 2012--The University of Delaware men's ice hockey club team has reached the American Collegiate Hockey Association Division I national championship game and will face Oakland University in the title game at 7:30 p.m. tonight (Wednesday, March 7).
The game will be streamed live at fasthockey.com from Hoover Arena in Cleveland.

Unsung Hero
The One Love Foundation has announced that University of Delaware men's lacrosse standout Elijah Conte has been selected as a winner of the 2016 YRL Unsung Hero Award.
The Blue Hens advanced by defeating Lindenwood University 6-3 in the semifinals on Tuesday.
Mark Zeszut and Nick Lepore scored two goals each for UD, while Ryan McDonald and Vinny Pontrello added the other two. Junior goaltender S.J. Broadt continued his stellar play in the net and recorded 29 saves.
In the other semifinal game, Oakland University upset the top seed Penn State 5-3.
