Mug Night postponed until Saturday, June 2

5:51 p.m., June 1, 2012--University of Delaware Mug Night, originally scheduled from 8-11 p.m., Friday, June 1, on The Green, has been postponed until the same time on Saturday, June 2, because of the threat of severe weather and a concern for the safety of all Blue Hens and their friends.

Mug Night is part of Alumni Weekend at UD, June 1-3.

All UD faculty and staff members are invited to attend the annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic, set from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday, June 6, on The Green.

For those who have already registered

If you have paid and registered for Mug Night Dela-bration, you can go to Mitchell Hall any time after 6 p.m., today, June 2, to check in and receive your badge, wristband (please bring your ID) and mug tickets.

If you already have your name badge, you will need to get wristbanded again. Go to Mitchell Hall and you will be directed to an express line where you will need to show your ID so you can receive a new wristbad to enter the tent.

For those who have not already registered

If you have not registered but wish to attend Saturday's Mug Night Dela-bration, your registration location (102 Gore Hall) will be open any time after 6 p.m., today, June 2. You will receive your name badge, wristband and mug ticket.

Dela-bration mugs

All guests who are attending Mug Night will receive their mugs upon entry into the tents.

If you cannot attend the rescheduled Mug Night, you can come to the Gore Hall rotunda to pick up your mug any time between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., June 2. In order to pick up your mug, you will need to present your mug ticket and your event name badge. If you cannot come to Gore Hall, please email alumnet@udel.edu with your name and class year, and Alumni Relations will get back in touch with you.

Note that mugs will only be given to those who present a ticket and a name badge.
